- Warranty Policy
iVOOMi Warranty Policy aims to provide customers the clarity about support-related queries they may have about our products so that they feel confident in owning, using, and getting the necessary support for their iVOOMi products during the warranty period.
Repair or replacement will be carried out through the Company’s Service Centers. The Warranty is applicable if said product is in the warranty period AND only if the following conditions are met.
- This warranty applies only to Products purchased within the territory of India (“Territory”).
- This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only.
- The product is a genuine iVOOMi Product with a supporting invoice/bill, which the customer has to share with iVOOMi at the time of the request.
- The product is used according to instructions in the instruction manual and is not physically damaged. Such products will not be covered under warranty, but can be evaluated for paid repairs/replacements. The product should be physically taken to our service center.
- Non-authorised person makes NO repair attempt before bringing the product to IVOOMi.
- Defects are NOT caused by improper use, as determined by the company personnel.
- NO modification or alteration of any nature is made in the circuitry, software, or body of the product.
- Defects due to causes beyond control, like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God, or while in transit to a service center or purchaser’s residence.
- The product will be deemed out of warranty if a customer uses the product with non-standard accessories like adaptors and cables, which are not as per ratings mentioned in the specs of the product or in a case where iVOOMi provides the accessories with the product and yet the customer chooses to use other sub-standard or different specifications accessories.
- All expenses & risks incurred in shipping the unit to the company’s service center/authorised service center will be borne by the customer.
- Failure to ship the damaged parts / Product back to us may result in you being charged for the replacement part or Product at invoice price or MRP, whichever is applicable.
- In case of transportation/courier-related damages arising NOT because of IVOOMi, when the product is sent to the iVOOMi service center, we would treat it as “out of warranty” because of physical damage and will do repairs on a paid basis.
- IVOOMi will pay for return courier charges only & owns responsibility for any damages/loss during transit.
- After repairs/replacement, the warranty will remain only for the unexpired period of the warranty. No extension of the warranty period will be done.
- IVOOMi will retain any replaced part/s or component/s.
- The company’s obligation shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of part/s only, with maximum claim/s, if entertained by the company, limited to the purchase price.
- In case the product is not repairable, iVOOMi may provide an equivalent product, with minor differences, or may give a credit note of the invoice value of the Product. Here, the customer has to deposit all the accessories of the product. If not, then reasonable charges would be deducted for the same.
- Technological advances and Product availability status may result in your receiving a replacement product with a lower selling price than the original Product you purchased. Product equivalence will be determined solely by IVOOMi.
- The warranty is issued in New Delhi, and Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters covered or flowing from this warranty.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Delivery times may vary due to factors like location, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- We provide Free shipping on orders.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your order status in real time.
Replacement Policy
To maintain our services, we allow a product’s replacement only under the following circumstances.
- The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer.
- Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
- Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once an iVOOMi team member has checked and determined the same at their end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by iVOOMi.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. After looking into your complaint, the website support team will make an appropriate decision.
- Replacement times may vary due to factors like location, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Uncertainty Clause
- In rare cases where unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., logistical disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or uncontrollable external factors), refund and return processing times may be delayed.
- We will make every effort to complete the process as soon as possible and keep the customer informed via email/SMS.
- If a return or refund is not possible due to external factors, we may provide store credit or an alternative resolution at our discretion.
A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances.
- Physical damage is not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Cancellation Policy
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible with a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy –
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Return & Refund Policy
At www.ivoomi.co, we ensure that all products undergo a strict quality control process to guarantee they are genuine and in perfect, brand-new condition.
We offer a 7-day repair/replacement policy for products with manufacturing defects. Please note, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances other than manufacturing defects.
To qualify for this policy, the product must meet the following conditions:
· In Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
· “New & Unused” Condition: The product should be free from scratches, marks, or any signs of use.
· No Alterations: The product must not have been altered, resized, or tampered with in any way.
· Complete with Paperwork and Accessories: All original paperwork, warranties, parts, and accessories must be included.
Note: We cannot accept any returns for items showing signs of use or alteration.

General Terms & Conditions
- The terms of warranty are liable to change from time to time without any notice to customers, as per market trends and management resolution.
- Warranty is nontransferable and shall not be considered in case of any resale
- The warranty period starts from the first purchase of the product.
- iVOOMi reserves the right to deny the repair of an outdated model in case of spare parts unavailability till further confirmation
- In case of transportation damage/missing, i.e. product(s) couriered by dealer/ end user to iVOOMi, we shall not be responsible for it and will be unable to serve such cases.
- In the event of replacement, the customer needs to visit the nearby iVOOMi center with the full product, its accessories, and with intact packaging.
- The same color combination cannot be committed in the event of replacement. The customer will have to accept the replacement with the available color combination in stock.
- In the event of replacement, if the same model is not available, then an equivalent value alternate model will be issued. Price of product will be referred to as the current market rate or the user invoice rate, whichever is lower. If an equivalent value alternate model is not available, a different model will be issued with different charges + GST
- Product, if used for 6 months or above, will attract depreciation in its value. Exchange/refunds, etc., will be decided based on the depreciated value.
- Out of warranty & Critical cases will be accepted for repairing only and under condition-based, i.e. if the product can’t be repaired, it will be returned to the customer.
- Some products are not warranted as per their category, like some monitors carry a 1-year warranty only. Please ensure the warranty before purchasing from our website
- iVOOMi does not warrant the content, file, media, etc stored in the product/device. Data recovery is not within the scope of iVOOMi limited warranty.
- iVOOMi highly recommends that all users backup their data before proceeding with actions such as product resets, factory resets or disk formatting.
- UNBOXED/REFURBISHED PRODUCTS sold by any platform will not fall under warranty.
- iVOOMi reserves the right to retain the defective spare removed from the user product against the fresh spare placed by iVOOMi. It is for e-waste recycling and due to environmental concerns.
- Any disputes arising out of the warranty shall be settled in the courts of New Delhi, Delhi.
